In the midst of a slowdown in the auto sector , today Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) will launch its much awaited SUV look ‘S-Presso’ (S-Presso) in the market. Indian customers are eagerly waiting for ‘S-Preso’. This will be Maruti’s new offering with the start of the festive season. A lot of details of this small car have been revealed before launching. It is being told that it will have a 1.0-liter BS6 petrol engine. The company is likely to introduce the S-Preso to the market with four variants (Std, LXi, VXi and VXi +).
The company said that the vehicle, designed on an indigenous concept, has been developed for India as well as other countries. In India, this mini SUV will compete with cars like the Renault Kwid and Hyundai Santro. Like Alto, Wagon-R, the S-Preso will also be sold through Maruti’s Arena dealership.

Shashank Srivastava, executive director (marketing and sales), Maruti Suzuki India, said in a statement, “The younger generation pays attention to design and aesthetics apart from economy, acquisition cost and maintenance to buy cars.” Our internal research has shown this. He said that with the S-Preso, the company will offer premium, feature-rich cars. It will introduce a new dimension in the entry-level car category in the country.

Maruti says that the S-Preso will get more than 10 safety features. Features like ABS, Speed Warning System and Rear Parking Sensors will be available in all the variants i.e. standard. The top variants have dual front airbags, while the initial variants are expected to have only one driver side airbags.

Price- Let us know that the concept of Maruti Suzuki S-Presso was introduced at the 2018 Auto Expo under the name Maruti Future-S. The initial price of the S-Preso is expected to be around 4 lakh rupees. Maruti S-Preso is said to be 3565mm in length, 1520mm in width, 1564mm in height and wheelbase 2380mm.
Maruti Suzuki S-Presso Engine and Transmission
Maruti S-Preso 1.0-liter BS-6 will be the standard engine, which is used in K10. This engine generates 68hp power and 90Nm torque. It will come in both manual and automatic gearbox options. Maruti may also offer the CNG model in it.

Maruti Suzuki This small car has a fuel tank with a capacity of 27 liters. This small SUV from Maruti can give 24.07kpl mileage. The engine will be equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. There will also be an option of Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) in the top variants.
