The idea of Concept store is a scale down dealership. It fundamentally has the business model of Sales service, administration and Merchandise division in a compact environment. For this situation, it is a 3000sq ft store named Warrior Harley Davidson in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. It is divided into a display area, customer lounge, and service setup.
The new concept store will cater to Bike enthusiasts based in Kolhapur and the neighboring region where they can buy and get their Harley Davidson bikes showcased and serviced.
The Concept store will enable the American bicycle producer to open retail outlets with insignificant capital and furthermore grow their compass to Tier II and Tier III urban areas. This will acquire fans living in said urban communities who were shying far from owning such bicycles because of the dealerships being situated far away.
